On June 14, 1971, two-music loving Americans, Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first-ever Hard Rock Cafe in London and an iconic brand was born. After Eric Clapton asked to hang his guitar in that location, Tigrett and Morton had a vision to combine music, memorabilia and food for a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
To honour the brand’s founders and celebrate its birthday on Wednesday 14 June 2017, we will offer 71p Legendary® Burgers for one hour only, beginning from 12pm- 1pm. There will also be live acoustic sets, birthday cake and special treats!

Nice find.
Woule be funny if you book a table with some office workers and get a burger for 71p and only ask for tap water (or no drink at all).

Au contraire! I was there today. Sat outside in lovely dappled sunshine, chose a breakfast burger, 2 burgers, sausage burger, bacon, egg, mushrooms, cheese. Beautifully seasoned, and completely delicious! Fries and warm salsa. Paid 71p. Place was buzzing with people, but I wouldn't say crowded. Presume they'd all paid 71p. My burger should've been £15.25. Absolutely loved it. Wish I could add heat twice. Thanks for posting op
