Stock in central warehouse, rather than individual stores by the look of things.
I've seen this happen with several items.
It's never been an issue though, simply means a short wait for it to arrive.

I ordered it on Monday as it was showing in stock, however I got a call on Tuesday telling me their warehouse didn't have any in stock and that I had to call the customer service to get my refund...

I had the same problem too, however I went into the store yesterday and they said the warehouse now has stock as the lady called them. They ordered me one then and just had a text saying that it is ready to collect

I grabbed one of these for £4 in B&Q at the weekend. Couldn't believe anyone could make a decent strimmer for £4, but at that price it was worth a punt. You're not gonna be doing your whole lawn with this, or anything heavy-duty, but it's perfect for doing edging and fiddly bits after mowing the lawn. It also comes with a fair amount of line on the spool.
I'll be amazed if it's still working by the end of the summer, but for £4 you can't go wrong.
