2gb data is not enough even with light use.
IMO more and more apps seem to be scheduled to tap into the web and refresh data. on my s7 edge this alone can use 2gb a month!

Does anyone know how this would stack up against the Oneplus 5?

Sorry, had one of my launch breaks. Still pretty quiet on the North Pole, only a few letters each day, most of them from angry customers for their previous Xmas disappointment anyway.

You should be getting toys ready, not buggering around with phones. Christmas will be here before you know it.

In the past three months I've managed be keep my data intake under 300MB. Most of the time on the Wi-Fi if I need to be connected or turn the data&Wi-Fi off to safe the battery. I guess I'm too old for being online 24/7.

Personally, yes. Samsung S8 while cutting edge is for me too big, garish and loaded with bloatware.

Thank you. So would you say its better than a Samsung S8?

Well, for me, I have the 5" model which I find the perfect size for a phone, good ergonomics, un-branded and clean looking, pure Android, fast, OMLED screen meaning black blacks, incredible camera, fingerprint scanner, etc, etc. Actually, I've yet to find any real problems or dislikes with said phone to date.

Holding out for the Pixel 2 , do pixel phones have an app draw ? Still using a 3 year old HTC One m8 which has served me well but upgrade is deserved me thinks

Use Nova launcher if it doesn't, nova creates an app drawer should you want one.

I'm currently using a Google Pixel. Didn't think anything could better my 'old' Nexus 5 but this I think does. Simple, sleek, fast, smooth and a brilliant camera - something the Nexus 5 did not possess. Recommended.

Writing this on my nexus 5. Been a great phone but starting to run out of room and needs frequent charging even after putting a new battery in.
I actually reserved almost bought a lg g6 until I saw it doesn't have a notification light.
