Once you print the tickets do you go to the ticket foyer to get them swapped for actual cinema tickets or do you just go to the screening ?
Satan_Claws
3 Jun 17#24
Just go straight to the screening, someone will be there to take your printed ticket. Also there are not usually any previews or ads before so the movie starts at the time scheduled.

Never been to one of these before - couple queries. 1) do you need to print the tickets or can they be displayed on a phone screen? 2) as with free TV audience tickets, are these deliberately overbooked in the case of no-shows? i.e. is there a risk you will be turned away as too many people have turned up and all the seating is full 3) seating is on a first-come first-served basis?

This might help for question 1& 3:
Terms and Conditions The time on ticket is the start time. There are no advertisements or trailers. Please arrive early. Seating is first come, first seated. No one will be admitted late. Please print off your ticket to take to cinema and ensure you have ID in the same name. Whilst some cinemas do accept phone tickets, not all do, so please print the ticket. As with all major ticketing services, apart from cancellations there are invariably some 'no shows' on the day of an event. Therefore, tickets can be slightly over-allocated to compensate for this and very rarely, a preview may be overbooked by a few seats. Admissions are at the manager's discretion. Showfilmfirst tickets are never sold and are not transferrable. If you have paid for this ticket, it is not valid - please contact help@showfilmfirst.com for further information.
No sure about question 2

I've got an account on SFF but barely ever get tickets direct from the site itself. How do you get free tickets or is it just random?
