For people that don't have IndieGala account , next steps are required 1. Be logged into indiegala in your browser 2. Have your Steam account linked to your Indiegala account 3. Well, 34 hours later and the game still hasn't appeared. Did all of the cookies and history stuff etc. too. I tried to get the game again and it was rejected saying I already owned it! Anyway, I've contacted Indiegala via email so I shall report back if they reply.

Same issue, had this with the last two or three IndieGala freebies so it is not a one off. Site says it is processed and to wait an hour but nothing appears in the library. Tried clearing cache etc with still no luck.

All I can suggest that I know of is clearing out your cookies and history, and then trying again..

Has anyone else had success with this? It all seems to go through correctly (yes, I've use Indiegala several times so I know what I'm doing!) but I'm yet to receive a key. I have tried the process three times now with Indiegala telling me to 'wait up to an hour' or suchlike but I've still not got a Steam key in my library. Odd.
