Tried to redeem using the 'voucher' I was emailed - which wasn't a voucher, purely an email - L'Occitane said they had no knowledge of said offer/promotion. Definitely seems like a email harvesting scam - surprised it is still live.

I signed up for something similar last year, no freebies received but was bombarded with irrelevant emails from this company.

Thanks op. Did this yesterday while at Meadowhall, first one to use the voucher according to the assistant. Very pleased.

I'm glad, at least there's some semblance of it being real. I'm going to try using mine today. I wasn't expecting such an uproar honestly, I've been subscribed to this mailing list for a while now and never had any doubts about its legitimacy.

​Yeah they have a card with three barcodes behind the counter (one for each option). I went for cedrat, nice fresh fragrance.

Wonder if it's only certain stores then as the Norwich store had no knowledge of the offer and as such would not honour it?

Just picked mine up from the regent street store!

Just picked mine up from the Oxford Cornwall Market Store, I took a screenshot of it and sent it to my sister to pick it up. They asked for my email address, she gave one of my old random ones. Technically, I could go in and get another using my correct email :smile:

Hi! Yes I did see the list - Norwich is listed but they claimed no knowledge of the offer. I'll try again on Monday as there may be different staff in.

I've signed up for a Mr Hyde offer in the past that was offering L'Occitane freebies and had no problem redeeming the gift in Meadowhall, might try this one too. You'll get spammed by Mr Hyde, but that's the whole point of them giving away freebies in the first place, so can't really complain about that - just use a disposable email address if it bothers you.
