It was delisted from the store late last year along with all the DLC so you can no longer buy it from the store, but redeeming codes like this will still work.
It should still be fully playable, just as earlier Forza games that have also been delisted are. Forza Motorsport 5 is likely to be delisted in the same way towards the end of this year, if they follow their pattern of doing this 4 years after launch.

This a cracking game and well worth the £4.75
Great map, great cars and plenty to do, shame they removed ability to buy the dlc but its a great offline racer.

Online is still available. Finding free roam sessions is not a problem, playground games are easier to find during weekends.
If you like to do races, it may be best to find a friend and set up a custom game.
