It's an Amazon DE Prime exclusive deal advertised at €46. All 4 colours (Magenta, Navy Blue, Black, Lilac) is available for this price.
If you are an existing Amazon DE Prime account customer, you will see this price when you land on the page. For non prime account holders, you will see the message that this item is available for the discounted price if you opt in for the Prime membership (trial for the first month and hence you dont have to pay anything and can cancel anytime within the first month if you dont want to keep it).
Since the item will be shipped from Germany, irrespective of being a Prime member you will be charged a packaging and postage fee (which came out to be €4.68).
So the total will be €46 + €4.68 = €50.68 which on conversion would be around £46
Make sure the following: - You pay in Euros using your card as I have heard that Amazon's currency conversion rate is bad compared to your own bank's conversion rate. - You cancel the Amazon prime membership before the month ends unless you want Prime.
Also, this is the lowest price as per UK and DE camelcamelcamel websites

Google chrome browser is your friend. When the Amazon DE page loads up, just allow the chrome browser to translate on its own. You will get a prompt asking if you want the page translated and you state 'yes'. Else the other option is to load the page each page through translate.google.com

Awesome. Thank you I will order two. I think that should bring the cost down too as postage would be shared

Thanks for this. Just one quick question, if the item developed a fault within the year & I had to return it to Amazon, would they pay for the postage? I'm assuming I would have to return it to Germany rather than a warehouse in the UK?
