seems cheap considering its 1st class delivery and the seller would have to pay ebay fees ontop of the item

Oh as if your childhood set of troll dolls (or whatever was popular for 5 minutes when you were a kid) isn't buried 12 feet under that same pile of fidget spinners.
No its from China and yes its trustworthy, takes a few weeks to arrive though but for a quid you can't go wrong

I bought two from this seller a couple of weeks ago. Had to get refund as one had sharp bits on the metal and the other had rusted bearings and didn't spin. You get what you pay for and take your chances.

There are definitely "gradings" on these things.
I had one way before they were "cool" (for fidgeting with at work) and paid a little more, but its smooth, quiet and a higher build quality than another one I have which has some sharp bits and exposed metal. (plus the middle fell out the cheap one!)

Thanks OP A year or so and the Rubbish tips will be filled with these things
These were a "thing" for about 5 minutes - just like loom bands were a couple of years ago. Like loom bands, every tacky toy/gift shop will now be full of them for years

I never said 99p i actually did say £1 like you've quoted. The ones she ordered stated free with £1 delivery. Ignore the links i sent if they are different i just did a quick search and may not be the exact ones she ordered

More plastic crap to fill our landfills because parents can't say no to kids, or encourage them to apply themselves to anything that takes effort. A generation of brain dead drones awaits us.

Just for your information this toy is designed for children/adults with autism. So it maybe a cheap crap for you but it is a big thing for my child who has autism. Educate yourself before comment rubbish

Are you a parent? If so, do your kids have any toys?
Also, what does encouraging them to apply themselves and do something have to do with this?
So if I bought my child this you're saying they will turn into a brain dead drone? Do you have a link?

They probably are. And we should learn from that mistake, not use it as an excuse to repeat it generation after generation.

18 Jun 17#45
True, but maybe we should start that process by collectively owing up to the fact that these problems are caused by deficiencies in society in general, rather than demonising young people and implicitly passing the buck of responsibility to them. Just a thought.
Hey, wasn't this a thread about cheap fidget spinners?

Just received mine and compared it to my £11 amazon version. Spins very* fast / smooth and just a few seconds shorter. Amazon is getting a return!!!

Mine arrived today.. Bearing is a little noisy but spins fast and no sharp edges either. You can see where the costs have been cut... the 3 outer prongs have solid weights (with a hole) rather than actual bearings but for 99p no complaints here.

One thing for sure, it's not 'cheap plastic' going to landfill site. but cheap metal which is not that harmful to nature...
