Just got offered this deal today asked for PAC code said bt was cheaper

Got this just via web chat, 2 advisors couple of weeks ago were adamant this deal didn't exist yet today had no problem at all so hit and miss I guess

It's only offered by retentions when you try and cancel, web chat is just Customer Services.

Just got this deal today by dialling 150 from the phone, choose the option for leaving, told them I found some good retention deals here, said what the deal included and they gave me the same deal for all 3 sims on my account.

Best they will offer me is 4GB for £9.99/month. After 16 years with Orange / EE. Guess I'm off...

if you have a Windows phone, you can play it on a laptop / desktop pc and use an hdmi cable to a tv.

If you have a mhl compatiable phone you can connect to tv through hdmi port and watch in full hd. EE only allow you to watch bt sport on the device with ee's sim card in it. you can't chrome cast and on iPhone with tv out connector you get a warning message on not output. MHL phones the only way to go.

Tried web chat and was not offered the deal, anyone having look with this. Currently on a 22.99 a month deal with EE and best he "could" offer me was 8gb for 17.99

Try again, though it might be because it's a lower cost per month. EE let you upgrade at any time but may be considering the 15GB plan a downgrade, depending on who you talk to.

What are you saying to them? You shouldn't ask for PAC if you have two months left. Try asking about upgrading to the new MAX plan mid contract and friends have been offered one for £15.99 for 15GB and can they do anything. It will also depend what you have now, are you sim only at the moment?

EE tend to always offer the best deals when you request a PAC and wait for the call back.

So an update - EE call me back a few hours later after not initially offering me any deals.

They have now offered me this deal so happy days. I just wished they did it on the spot, now i have to call Virgin to cancel their deal.

I just called them but they have not offered me this deal. I asked for PAC code but she mentioned that I have to pay rest of the contract amount for PAC. My contract is expiring in next 2 months.

I did ask for a PUK but they sent me a PAK so they knew what i was on about.

my contract expires at the beginning of august. I just spoke to someone and told them about the deal Three is offering. Told them I wanted a plan that was under 20 quid and got offered this plan.

I called EE before i saw this deal. Asked for a PUK code and they made no attempt to offer this deal.

I have already signed up to the Virgin Double data deal.

Either EE is not offering the deal anymore or they don't like going to the effort of keeping existing customers.

Just got this deal using the online chat feature. Initially claimed offer not available but jogged their memory with a PAC code request. Anyway got the 12M SIM Max 12GB £32.99 with an extra 3GB of UK data. £17 loyalty discount. Thanks to OP for posting.

It depends, if you are mid contract you can't get your PAC, if you are out of contract, ask for your PAC and suggest this offer, if they won't help, take the PAC and see if you get a call back. I found it fairly easy to get, and I'm 6 months into a 12 month contract.

What do you say when you speak to them? Do you have to threaten to leave and ask for your PAC before they offer anything?

Are many getting this through online chat? Tried twice now and neither will match it

That's what cashback sites are for, for the first year. After that you get decent retention deals with EE.

Shop around and you should be able to get a good deal on a new SIM.

Went on live chat and got this to replace mine and the mrs 16gb for £20 from this time last year. Lose out on a gig of data but not come close to 16gb yet. Also went from a standard 4G plan to a max plan

Hey people, I just rang EE and got this exact deal, and she also confirmed it was 12 months of BT Sport. I just called them as I'm out of contract and said I'm leaving to go to Vodafone for there 20gb/£20 a month deal.

No longer available - but got a great deal with a 1gb sim ( I don't use a lot of data) and a tablet with 2gb data for £16.69 per month special upgrade offer

£12 a month? That's better than the old staff deal. I didn't think they did 20Gb allowances now unless you had it on a previous plan.

Is the BT sport just for access on this device, or does it mean you can set it up on your PC? Would be buying the sim for my son but would be good if I got the sport.

Yes an existing customer, sounds like the deal isn't available to regular staff but only offered by a second level of staff if you turn down regular offers.

Spoke to EE and this deal is not valid. Plus bt sport is def not for 12 months.

I've got a similar deal but 20gb and the 5 extra countries but for £15.

Initially they wanted to charge me an extra £10 for the 5 countries but they added a £10 loyalty discount so that my bill will remain at £15 pm. Win

BT Sport is only valid for 3 months. Was told you would need to "text sport to 150" and you'll get a text on how to activate it.

I'm on the phone right now as the lady on the phone hasn't even heard of this deal.

I got a different max plan from retentions. All the same benefits as this one, but 8gb data for £9.99 per month.
I wanted something to compete with 3's feel at home for when we go on holiday to the USA and told the guy I wouldn't pay more than £10 per month.

Hot, I got the same, 15gb 4G max, unlimited calls & texts and 2 years BT Sport (supposed to be fastest out there :man: )

Also I heard if you've had the Apple Music before they can't give another free trial, probably lies cos some of the call operators were a bit care free!

Deal seems good but apple music is a train wreck on Android cannot comment on IOS version.
