Can't wait for this  Looks like the current cheapest pre-order price. I'm guessing this is a physical box, but I preordered from Base previously and the game arrived the day before release.

I assume those entries relate to their performance on PC? If so, Fallout 4 ran at mostly 60fps for me - which amazed me because I'm running an old i5-3350P and a 660Ti. I have no idea why it performed so well on my PC, but I wasn't about to complain!
I have DOOM in my Steam library waiting for me to get a new PC, but I've been trying to make that happen since last October...

To be fair releasing the DLC as standalone was an obvious move considering sales for Dishonored 2 were not great. Bethesda are annoyingly inconsistent with the PC releases they are publishing of late though.
Fallout 4 - wasn't great
DOOM - Probably the gold standard of it's generation,
Dishonored 2 - not great,
Prey - excellent.
Quake Champions - not a port but riddled with performance issues.
Granted only Prey and Dishnored 2 are from Arkhane. Hopefully this will see them do better perfomance wise than the base game.

There was a performance patch just last week - although I'll grant you the notes were entirely non-specific.

Dishonored 2 demo played okay on my system - shame its still £20+ on the PC. Can pick it up for £10 on PS4/Xbox.

Super cheap nice find OP.
I love how they've just decided to abandon fixing Dishonored 2 and to release their planned DLC as standalone instead.
I hope this is a decent port as Dishonored is awesome but there's no guarantee they won't release a stuttery mess again and then put minimal effort into fixing it.

Does base take payment on order or dispatch?

I believe on dispatch, at least according to the other Base.com post for the console versions.

Just to confirm, no money taken from my account yet, so it will presumably be on dispatch.

Thanks! Want it on PC but D2 still runs like crap for me.

I get frame drops when going outside, run it fully maxed out at 1080. Usually around 70fps inside etc and 50fps outside. I run i5 6600k and gtx 1070 SC. The problems came with Amd as I had an amd cpu with 1070 when it came out and outside was lile 15fps.

I had the 980ti and it ran like ****, as you say, frame pacing and when I got to the main city the frame rate was abysmal, but now with the new card and the patches its a really great game, what makes me laugh is people saiyng the graphics are the same as the first so they don't know why it so GPU intensive, the graphics are some of the best I've seen in parts and the gameplay is better than the first (which I loved) but it's certainly a much harder game than the first if you want to go all stealth

Hmm, will try it again in that case, really want to play the game.

Was the same for me, but it's fixed, I have a 1080ti and the game runs beautifully now, not a single drop in frames or any frame pacing problems.

Is this a DLC add on to the current Dishonored or a completely new game?

It's a standalone game, but will be shorter - hence the lower RRP. It wouldn't surprise me if it was planned to be DLC, but they held off with all the problems they had with performance, and now decided to make it into a so-called "expandalone" instead.

I can't comment myself; I had to drop my resolution down to 1280xsomething to make it run playably, but that was because my rig is several years old now

I think its a lost cause tbh, I tried the trial, my frame rate was high at over 100fps at 1440p on a 1080ti and gsync monitor it just has horrendous frame pacing issues which means it just looks choppy the whole time.

Will no doubt run like sht like the base game.

They fixed the problems for a lot of folk, but there's still undoubtedly those who have issues. Plus they're still patching it (there was one just the other day).
