If you're blowing £16, I'd insist they come up with something like this for you;

No, thanks.

I was being mildly sarcastic of course, but if you suffer from sea sickness, why go on a 'pleasure cruise', apart from because it's cheap?
If I had a peanut allergy, I wouldn't eat a big bag of them just because they were 50p on here...

Even if his picture is correct, it's a ferry like Stena Line etc... not sure what your problem is. You're not going to be living on it.

I'm actually booked to go on Condor ferries this Sunday after i booked a deal on Virgin Experience Day a few months ago. This deal isn't that great. I paid £25 for two adults for a day trip to Guernsey.

I can sympathise tho, I'd love to go to Jersey but over 3 hours and I'd be sick as a dog and flight prices were ridiculous when I last looked.
I suppose the solution is valium..

If you suffer from sea sickness I'd assume you'll be blowing chunks. The only irrelevant bit is by and large it all looks the same on the way out.

Do you need a passport for these day trips?

No, no passport needed for a UK to Jersey or Guernsey trip.
Quite a good day out if you're near to Poole, have done these a few times.

That's the slow ferry, the Condor Liberation is that faster boat that does Poole to Guernsey in 3hrs

Hopefully we get some kind of deal on "common sense" sooner rather than later.
It's long overdue.

Except that the ship in the picture is one of the 3 on the list you just pointed to. OK, it's had a small paint job, but it's still the same boat.

Isn't it irrelevant what I might be 'blowing' if I couldn't handle the 3 hour trip!

No, this ship is no longer in use. Modern fleet can be found at: Condor Fleet

Only that I suffer from sea sickness and the above ferry probably wouldn't give as smooth a ride as that advertised . . .
