We have two of these in the back of our car (BMW 5 series), unless you are a small adult you might struggle to sit in-between them!

Is this the one which spins around so it's easier to get in and out of? Would anyone recommend that one if it isn't?

I think you're probably talking about the Sirona which only goes up to 18kg (group1). this is a high back booster to be used once the limits of group 1 seat have been reached.

Q3 fix is Cybex's top of range product & seems to be more comfortable for the child. Another main difference is width adjustment option, in the M-fix you can only do height adjustment as your child grows. Along with height adjustment, the Q3 fix can be expanded from 53 cm to 61 cm in width. You can see this difference in youtube videos on Cybex's website.
