Probably the worst quality clothing you can buy. Primark is actually much better!

Agreed. I ordered some stuff last time there was a sale the it was hilarious how bad the quality was.
Then again, I literally own nothing from Primark either.

If you have this issue again either with Boohoo or another retailer then email their h/o & explain the problem, quote the consumer rights act. I've pasted links to info.
Quality is standard for the price. Noticed that their black items are prone to colour fade after a few washes. However if i really like the item then its usually nothing a dylon machine dye can't fix.
Plus they are bound to adhere to the consumer rights act, so if you can only wear once or twice then why not just return? Perfectly reasonable to return something that isn't fit for purpose &/or doesn't last for reasonable time.

Nice clothes but I would only wear them once as the quality degrades after washes

My wife has had lots of problems with refunds on returns with this company, had to keep sending photos of returns proof etc. She finally got paid out this morning, approx a month after returning goods, she sent 4 parcels back and only got refund on one, very time consuming chasing up money... usually companies that are struggling financially play that trick to keep trading

I have ever ordered from them once. Quality of things ordered was appalling. Never again.

Otherwise you can use the Resolver tool. I've pasted link to Resolver complaint's page for Boohoo.

Hope this helps
