Just came across this deal on Zavvi. Never heard of the tablet brand but good price at £34.99
Thinking for my dad for Father's Day, not very good with technology so this is perfect price if he doesn't like it I guess.

ALBA is owned by Home Retail Group, which also owns Argos amongst other things. ALBA basically the same as BUSH (also owned by same company)

Fair price for those of us who just need internet access on a handy computer tablet, I guess it is limited and not all singing all dancing. ARGOS is now owned by Sainsbury's .

Another vote for a Fire here. I'm not a fan of Amazon and their tablets are locked down. But they work well, unlike most. cheap Android tablets and phones.

You'd be better off with a low end Fire tablet. I got the 8gb Fire when it was £35 a couple of months ago and I've been thoroughly impressed. It's not the best tablet I've used, but great for the price.

had one of these. It wasn't very good, but it's not a lot of money. slow, screen was poor, and the tablet bends very easily which led to the screen cracking on mine.

Sometimes it's worthwhile to spend some more and buy something that's at least usable...

Interesting that they chose the letters "HD" for the model identification without the tablet actually being HD.
