Please do not use these where there is any danger of touching bare terminals, or the power supply is anywhere near anything flammable - it will be extremely poorly made and certainly wouldn't comply with safety regulations, whether it's got the "Chinese Export" stamp on it or not.

What does smd does is 2835 better or the smd 3528 better, I mean in light and power consumption

You can't say, because all that tells you is the dimensions of the LED, and there are far, far more important differences than that.
I bought it from ebay UK seller. which was worth of my spend....... great product.

Got same from eBay UK seller ,one with a remote and around 30 colours paid about 9 if memory serves and you want quick UK delivery .great product for TV cabinet ,inside wardrobes etc.
