I had this. It's decent enough when it works, but even by the standards of petrol strimmers it's a nightmare to start. Having taken it apart multiple times to get the thing running the plastic carburetor sheared clean off.

I'd look elsewhere for a more reliable machine.

I guess they are making a point about Bosch plug so when it stops working you dont waste money on a plug as it won't be that :wink:

Do these Trim the sides of the grass, like round flower beds for example? Like a basic Strimmer. My electric one has just given up the ghost and these seems very reasonable

what's the trimmer part? not a hedge trimmer attachment?

Terrible customer service!
Still waiting for a £149.99 refund for the defective 5-in-1 multi strimmer tool I received & sent back two days later because it was faulty!!
Their so-called 60 day no hassle returns guarantee terms are so deceitfully worded it's near impossible to return a faulty item for a full refund.
In my case I correctly assembled the shiny looking fragile product to find it had an intermittent starting fault and a manufacturing defect (hole within the fuel tank) but because I attempted to use it, it had little yet reasonable blemishes on the fuel tank bracket/stand where it was stood once returned so they are not willing to refund me!
I've had to contact the Ombudsman service.
Personally I advise to avoid this company and don't fall for the cheap prices advertised like I did.
Read all verified reviews & complaints in depth on google etc from people who have actually used it not just the first few!

now do you get my comments extolling the fact a strimmer has a certain spark plugs does not bode well for the rest of it sarcastic yes but true

Bought this and it did a great job in my allotment plot that had turned into a jungle. Started like a dream. Let's see if it stays that good for the whole summer.
