I think he means he would ask for a milky coffee (as that was his preference) but as a consequence it would give him "poo squirts" - i'd assume this was before he discovered he was lactose intolerant.
Now there's a sentence i never thought i'd type.

Didn't realise that I was lactose intolerant for years, started in my late twenties, would ask for a really milky coffee so the coffee would give me the poo squirts. FINGERS CROSSED sales of the lactose stuff goes up and the proce comes down.

The consultant refused to believe my great GP
So I stuck with lactose free .
Great find thanks
Just discovered Frijj zero added sugar on the ASDA website... looks to be the best choice if lactose isn't an issue. Reviews seem fine nothing about it being bitter.

That's because it's "Zero added sugar" ... & not "zero sugar".
They add artificial sweetner & other stuff, to sweeten it.
I've no idea exactly what they are, but personally I prefer ingredients I recognise.
Hi don't know if it makes a difference but in the oldham town centre shop they were 3 for 1 pound

Fair point about sweeteners... I think I'd choose sugar over sweeteners, however, I just wish someone would make a milkshake (or powder) which wasn't senselessly sweet. Stop eating carbs for a couple of weeks and you will realise how sweet everything is these days.

Updated. I also went back and thought I'm sure it was 2 for £1 - all were dated 1st July though so possibly now 3 for £1 due to short date.
Opening post
Tastes the same as normal chocolate milk to me.
Update - Now 3 for £1
