The Aldi Photos free delivery deal is on again, use code ALDI17. Photo posters for only 99p!
EDIT: Just a quick note that according to the poster I saw in store, this offer doesn't expire until the end of the year, so plenty of time to get orders in.

Forgot to mention this, not sure if anyone had the same issue.
Received mine, took a very long time to arrive and beyond the ETA given. But the photo print I received was 12x13.25" and not 12x18"! Which is an even more bizarre size. Not a lot I can do with it as no frame seems to exist at this strange size, and the photo wouldn't work so well if it was cut in any way. I sent a complaint to Aldi Photo but never had a response back, ah well.

I ordered mine on the 12th and they came today. No issues. They come from Germany which is why they make take a bit longer to arrive.

Still working.
Was ordering 2 - 20"x30" posters with £2.99 delivery, tried added 1 - 12"x18" and gave me FREE P&P on whole order.

just to say, code still working as of today. didn't seem to be any limit to 3 prints as I ordered 6 12x18 (99p each) and 13 7x5's (10p each) in one order and they only charged £1.99 shipping for the smaller prints using ALDI17 code right at the end. not bad, just over £9 total

Just spoken to Aldi Customer Service on Twitter and they claim overwhelming demand. Expected delivery has now shifted to first week in July for my small order. Whilst it appears the tracking from 13-ten appears faulty, it's correct. Aldi have not even processed the order to date. (poo)

Ordered mine last Tuesday.. email saying dispatched Wednesday with "13ten" .. arrived today via Yodel , return label says Leipzig Germany.
I ordered 10 12"x18" and they all look pretty good at least to my eye compared to my PC screen which is (occasionally) calibrated using an old Spyder 3.

My tracking link uses 13ten with tracking.citipost in the address bar.
Mine was despatched on time, 4-7 working days for delivery after despatch according to the website.

Wow I didn't expect the photo print to take this long!! Looks like its taking them longer than the dates given. These also weren't clear when ordering.
Anyone know what company they use to deliver to use the tracking number?

Asking for help.
I'm asking for details of which site these items are shipped from in germany. I am looking for the address / name / location of the company that is used by Aldi - to print these posters.
Im hoping there might be a return address or indication of the source of origin on the packaging.
If you can help - kindly PM the info to me please.
My sincere thanks to anyone willing to help.

I found finding a 12"x18" frame difficult so I cut 2" off the photo and put it in a 12"x16" frame which are easily available, or a 16"x20" frame with a mount in it.

Speaking of frames, found some really nice & light weight frames at IKEA, except in typical fashion, they come in odd sizes. 11 and 3/4 instead of 12 inches, and so on.
Anyway nice deal. Voting hot.

Well the tracking they use is very confusing/weak. After a week or so I went and logged onto it and it said out for delivery, so I left it a few more days.
After about 3 weeks I checked on there again and it said 'could not deliver, problem with address. I logged on to check my address and everything was correct, so I tried calling customer services. On hold for a good 10 minutes so gave up and emailed them, to which I had to response. In the end I gave up and thought ahh well, it hardly cost me much. Then I just surprised when it arrived!
Personally I don't think the quality is that great, if anything I think it struggles with a too high resolution photo (as mine were the raw photos from my wedding photographer) and they are actually came out a bit fuzzy. (Which really shouldn't happen since the photos are over 4000 pixels in size.
The packaging is decent enough, its a small poster tubes which is inside a rectangular box.

What is the packaging like? Is it protective enough for prints?
And two, where is the postmark, where do they come from?
Even my stuff from China doesn't take that long to arrive.
Is it China! Wouldn't surprise me.

I have some photos on an old camera they are marked red due to the image quality they look ok on my laptop.
I am talking about 6 x 4 prints.
This is the message i get.
''WARNING! There is a problem with some
of the images in your order (e.g. resolution too low for the selected
product). These items are marked in red in your cart. Please update your
order.
If you are happy with this product, please confirm by clicking on "check out".''
Should they turn out ok or is it even worth doing.

I got this last time they were 99p. A 12 x 18 frame is quite hard to find in shops. Unless you are willing to spend a little more in places like Ikea.
I got the matt finish to avoid the light reflecting off it and the quality is pretty good. There was an issue with delivery though and it took about 5 days longer than advertised. Well worth the 99p.

Wilkos do some fantastic frameless glass frames for very cheap. last time I ordered a 12x18, it fit nicely, maybe a small bit is snipped off the top/bottom, but around £3 a frame too. well worth it.
I'd grab you a link but the site doesn't seem to be working for me at the moment.

Given the cost, I'd be tempted to go for it with one photo, see how it turns out and then get additional prints if it looks OK. I've had warnings like this before on photo prints and on things like mugs, cards, etc., it really just depends on the original photo.
