I bought this and a Best Way 10 ft cover and then realised it's going to take up most of my garden. I guess I'll just put it in the garage and hope it comes in useful one day.

If my maths is right it takes just over 1200 gallons of water! If you're on a water meter that will be expensive. 5.5m3 just under a tenner a shot by my reckoning.

Yes, because the cost of the water should be the main concern, not wasting it or owt.

Can anyone recommend a frame one of the same size currently on sale that's similar in price?

you'll probably find a 10ft framed pool (so larger surface swimming area than a QuickUp) for about £60-70 most places. they'll generally come with a pump for that price but you'll need a heater too

Bought it on sale last year at £9.99 from Aldi. Kids love it.

agree... frame ones aren't that much more but are much more stable and will generally last longer. also less water needed for same surface swimming area.

We have an intex one and find it to be good. I don't know how the quality of this will compare though. I paid about £33 on Amazon. Be warned you will need a filter pump and a cover so that will more than double your outlay.

2p cheaper here from an established brand bestway Groupon. Can probably get a discount code too.
These don't cope well unless your garden is completely flat. If you can spend a bit more and get one with a frame then do so
