SOLUTION: You can record the game scrambling the pieces and watch the video in reverse to see how to unscramble the puzzles. However, the game uses the same scramble on each type of puzzle every time, so you don't even need to do that, you just need a move guide for each type of puzzle.

I shamelessly did it yesterday and not a shred of guilt passed me by.
How do u get this on UK account if u have to buy it from US? I thought games were locked to the account that purchased them? Like I purchased a game and wanted to put it on my friends console so i installed my profile but wont let him play he has to be signed in as me

You complete the game then have to redo missions to get the rest of the trophies, took me longer than 8 hours cause i enjoy the game instead of goin for trophies on first run

yeah but only if you finished that game before and update trophies from other consoles using cross-save (my psn profiles shows 10 sec :-) )
other than that "1000 top rated" is really easy and fast
for trophy hunters :-)

The platinum isn't 6 hours long so extending the 8 hours makes no sense as you get it when you complete the game?

Yeh, like Sniper Ghost Warrior was a pain, nobody played that, took forever to get the multiplayer trophies, then never got Platinum cause it glitched on me aiming for finishing one level without raising the alarm!!

I didnt say it was an 8 hour platinum did I (geek)

There are exceptions to that though, like very old games where nobody is online anymore, ones where the servers are poor quality and you drop out of matches, or where people rage quit and you lose the win etc. It pays to get organised in those scenarios.
I can see why people enjoy chasing after the longer platinum trophies. Adds an extra level of enjoyment in challenging yourself. I guess these serve as a cheap and cheerful break from the AAA games.

I have noticed there are a few dirt cheap indie titles on the US store. Might be worth checking for any US exclusives to spend that last few dollars of credit on.

Ahhh right yeh, makes sense, made account for the kids and it aint synced to a psn, just as bad as the ones who earn trophies by boosting/hacking/cheating, didnt exactly earn it!! If I cant earn a trophy like 10 consecutive wins online I aint gettin it!!

I really don't get the obsession with trophies...
I understand when they're used to get you to fully explore a game but I don't want a digital "I was good for the dentist" sticker for the sake of having one.
If they were ever used for bragging rights, titles like this make a mockery of it.
You're mad you lot!

It's not too bad when you get a game like Virginia that (despite being short and easy) is a pretty fun little game, but I agree games like this do cheapen the platinum label massively. I'm too curious not to have a look at games like this though. I guess most people buy just to see how easy it actually is and laugh at that, rather than any bragging rights. At least it's cheaper than Hannah Montana haha!

I enjoy earning trophies but wont stop me playing a game, im at 73, makes the game worth your money earning extra trophies but some ppl overboard and wont play a game unless they can platinum  ive seen ppl with only 100% on every game, wont play a game otherwise, i assume they have another account or just damn right stubborn and not play the game at all. Haha

If you create a new user on the user screen, but log in as a guest and don't sign into PSN, you can play a game as a guest as much as you wish. The 100% crew would then just play until they knew they'd be able to 100% a game, or had already managed the plat, at which point they'd just sign into PSN with their account details on that blank user and all the trophies would be synced over.
