I just bought this in store, the manager first said he was unable to offer any voucher but the the £10 off came up once I had paid. I then contacted customer services who very quickly agreed to send the £10 off £100 via post.

Battlefield was OOS so I took Fifa as wanted it today (yes I know its cheap and on EA vault).

FYI Guys - I paid online and collected via fast-track - Staff member honoured the £20 - just mention it says in-store collection - this was in Manchester Hulme - possibly pot-luck but worth the go
