11 May 172#19
If you mean the Xbox store... Quantum Break isn't fully PlayAnywhere. It's cross play but not cross buy (ie: have to buy on both Xbox and PC). There was a deal for pre-orders where buying on Xbox got you a PC copy.

So another one of those game? They really need to make the distinction clear. I swear a lot of what I saw nearer the beginning heavily suggested it was cross buy as well. Although looking at the Win Store yes, it clearly is PC only. The shared achievement list is what really caught me out I think.
Rather just the xbox copy as while most of these games look great on my PC they run fairly choppy compared to the xbox equivalent

11 May 17#22
I think it's fairly clear now as games that are marketed as Play Anywhere are single purchase. However, QB was one of the first when they were figuring the policy out. Still annoying.
What is more annoying with QB is evening buying it separately on PC you still are tied to the cross-save. Also once one set of achievements between the 2 copies. (edit: just seen your edit on shared achievements )

As an aside, I really loved this game. I know reviews were mixed, but for me personally it was in my top 3 of last year.

Yeah i realised I omitted that detail. I usually look at the games on TrueAchievements to get an overview, so when I saw this only had one list I just assumed I think! Looks great personally, different from the usual thrash of shooters you see year on year. Really can't be that bad for 7 quid!

Not sure quite what that means... Are you suggesting I should not be on Hotukdeals.com? Assuming so, is that because I can either see the future of all price changes, or because I have universal knowledge of all product prices across all possible retail outlets - thus removing any value sites like this may offer?
