Perfect apart from the 5.5" screen, 5" is the sweet spot for phones IMO.
take a look at the reviews on amazon of the waits ppl have had for replacement screens etc if your happy to be without a phone for over a month then its all good

Depends if you need Band 20 (800Mhz) and a warranty, if not, get a Xiaomi.

Now out of stock............. Still plenty of the Swift 2 Plus without the case and screen card at £139.99.
I bought this from Amazon last week. Very impressed when I unboxed it - had a 'premium feel' to it and the packaging. I've always had a top-end phone every time I renewed my contract but just thought it was getting a bit pointless paying £50 a month when I could buy this and £10 a month on a sim.
I'd say the only real downside is the phone tends to crash and have to reset if you use it to make calls, not every single time, maybe about 30% of the time. I have to say I think this is a drawback when it comes to a phone as making calls was one of the features I would use regularly. A quick search on google suggests this is a common problem and is down to the firmware

I'd say so! A phone that you can't use to make phone calls - I'd say that's a sizeable drawback, especially when you're saying it's 30% of the time

I agree the ability to make calls is a must have feature

Be aware that the Wileyfox Swift 2 Plus is also available on Amazon £10 cheaper than this deal without the screen card and the case...£139.99. Also available in WhiteGold and Rose Pink as well as Midnight Blue at £139.99
I'm not using one myself, currently on a Xiaomi until the Oneplus5, but I set my Mum up with a Swift 2 and I was seriously impressed! Especially for the £££... and since the Nougat update the battery level has been out of this world; 2 days easily, with heavy usage :stuck_out_tongue:
I got this deal for another relative the other day at this price, just waiting for it now. I think the only difference between the 2 and the 2 Plus is the Samsung camera sensor, right?

I've got one and it's brilliant. I can't fault it for value.

Wileyfox phones no longer use Cyanogen. Nougat is the standard os they use with Wiley tweeks.
My Wileyfox updated to Nougat about a month ok and has been perfectly fine.

I came down to either this or the Lenovo P2 and I opted for the P2 in the end with it's 5100 mAh battery.

Have had one of these for a couple of months - it looks good (mine is pink) and has received favourable comments at work. It does everything I need it to do - you can always pay more money to get better this, that or the other, but if you don't need or want to, then this is a good buy. Never had any issues with it crashing as someone else has mentioned....

Bought a Xiaomi Mi 5 posted on here for £172, arrived yesterday and it seems a much better deal than this.
Edit: bought mine from gearbest but that has now expired.

You wouldn't pay 230 quid for this but at 150 it is pretty decent and I would take it over the Moto G4, whatever "expertreviews" say. My son has the Swift 2 and it is a cracking little phone, adding a better camera and an extra gig of ram makes it even better. One great thing I got with my son's phone was free screen replacement for a year.

But if you really think it is then post it as a deal instead of trying to detract from this post.
just a thought, y'know
I'm sure the 1p will make all the difference to the hold-outs.
