However the £13.00 deal for 25 GB should include Spotify/Now TV. Both are therefore very good deals.

Have this deal from last year. Claiming cashback is easy. Sign into you account of their site upload the pdf of your bill at the correct time, they give you 60 days to do so, then you get the cheque a few weeks later. I have successfully had 3 so far one left then I will be taking one of these sim only out again

They mapped me to the wrong plan when I took one out 10 days back. Very poor customer service.

Mobiles.co.uk did something similar to me. Ended up giving me 2 months credit as a goodwill gesture - didn't even chuck a strop either, the just did it.

Vodafone are awful. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I was actually trying to join them at the time.

Yes same experience, no trouble with the website nor claiming cashback and getting a cheque sent in the post

Can someone link me to these good/similar EE offers? It's Sunday morning and I;m too lazy to start searching :smirk:
If you are on EE at the moment and out of contract then threaten to leave, get that PAC code if you have to. Few hours later you will get a call back from EE literally begging you to stay so that's when you can say you have been offered 20gb by voda for £15 and then they will match it, in my case they matched it and I also said I work for NHS so I want extra 20% off and they added that too

I am with EE 5 years, I have already asked for PAC and the chap called me few hours later with rubbish offer and said he is not able to help me and if vodafone giving me 20GB for £10 he advised me to take their offer.

Why did you go that low lollzz £15 would have been the lowest to go anything below just seems unbelievable
tim8888

I said to EE chap if they give me 20GB for £15 or 10GB for £12 and he refused. He also said there is no way you could get 20GB for £12.

I don't see how Vodafone cannot match these deals as Surley it's Vodafone that are giving mobiles.co.uk etc the money to pay the cash back

Cashback has dropped to £99 and the monthly rate therefore increased to £11.75 a month after cashback.
