anyway been using them for approx. 2 weeks although in my case more everyday use as even though its advisable to drink plenty of water when hot I find it better to add sachet of this to 500ml of water so replace more than water alone and takes away sluggishness,
plus instead of having to take bottles of isotonc drinks when out just carry empty bottle as always taps and few sachets,
anyway entirely up to you as most prob cheaper to buy 5 kilo tub as long as not carrying it lol
