Cheaper than I've seen recently, and great timing to go with the Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate offer on ps store. Plus of you renew now you can still get the April ps+ games.

As above, how do I get the additional 5% off?

Go to facebook, and like the CDKEYS page. There will be a link to a 5% code off there. It changes all the time

Heat for offer but given up renewing ps plus due to poor monthly game choice

Same... to be fair, it's mainly to play games online, with the free games and discounts as a bonus. But as I hardly play online, there's no incentive for me to renew. I'm finding myself playing my Xbox more, even if it is the weaker console.

Can I ask is this worth it for a ps3 owner?
olygrom to chezybezy
1 May 171#18
For the 2-3 monthly games, that would depend on luck/taste and for the discounts, they vary quite a lot from great to okay. I'd probably recommend against it though if it's just for PS3

Unfortunately not no. The PS3 titles only have very limited appeal and that is being polite. The two titles for May have Metacritic rating of 54 and 43 on other platforms and didn't even get enough reviews for a score on PS3, so obscure and rubbish :disappointed:
Honestly PS+ is only worth it if you have PS4.
You'll be waiting a very long time for it to be £25! This is about as cheap as it gets for PS+.

Grrr the code they've given me isn't valid. Price is good and will add heat, but I want that extra quid off!

The code will only work if you're logged in to your account at cd keys too.

when I spoke to customer services they said I've used the 5% on my account too many times and can only use it twice. wasn't aware of this rule... been trying different codes for a week now
fazeypie to musty_f10
1 May 17#27
Ah, that'll be my issue then. If you can only claim the 5% twice then that's why I can't get the code to work.

My PS+ sub is due in October, holding out for a deal like the PS 20th Anniversary Steelcase last year which had the steelcase, £20 PSN and 12 months PS+ for £50 (But seeing as those have been taken off shelves and not sold anymore, I'm waiting this year for a PS+ deal at maximum £30, preferably £25).

Just be warned that these guys seem to pass your number onto advertising companies that then automatically enlist u on premium text service that charges £5 per text u receive. I've had to call my mobile company to prevent this happening. It's not worth the hassle

Not sure how paying to play online can be seen as a good deal? It's free on PC (and before someone chimes in about getting a handful of sub-par games every month with the subscription, you do regularly get actually free games on PC - Origin's "On the House" being the most well known example). Also don't use CDKeys kids, it's grey market. It's cheaper because these will be PS Plus keys intended for Eastern Europe.

I bought this about a month ago and when I went to redeem it I got the message that the code had already been used. CD Keys support told me to go to PlayStation support and guess what PS support told me to go back to CD Keys after confirming it had been used. Then CD keys chose to ignore me for a week during which I purchased a month at normal price to placate an unhappy son.
Only when I made a public tweet asking for my money back did they respond and refund me.
So yes it may be a good deal. But it feels to me rather like buying a ticket for American Airlines (well most airlines). You'll probably get to fly but you're paying for a possibility. I'll pay the full whack next time

Have any of you folks had trouble buying stuff through CDKEYS lately? Support can't seem to help me. Every time I attempt to put through an order it says 'payment declined by payment processor' and this is on EVERY method I try. PayPal (using the balance, where I've got plenty of money saved up), credit card, Skrill wallet etc. I simply can't place an order at all.
