Well, that's not nearly complicated enough. Surely they can find a few more steps to add in a few into the process

They've told me to re-order at the cheaper price, keep the first 1 that turns up then when the cheaper 1 turns up return that 1 for a refund as the higher priced 1 rather than just refund me the difference, what a circus.

I used to recommend Amazon CS on the basis that they would refund on price drops. Now it's a faf (ideally have to refuse delivery, but if you end up having to return it be selective with your reason or else there's a return charge)

im on chat now moaning about the lower price as i paid £15 they wont refund the difference tho, just saying re-order and return the other 1. Can't understand why they do that now surely thats costs them more to do
