Mine arrived! So... any recommendations for a good child-friendly wood treatment? I've already got a bit bucket of green stuff that I use for fencing, but it says "not for use on smooth or planed timber", which is what I would say the boards were made of.

Great play house just take your time treat the wood and paint before you assemble my son loves it.

Good luck getting it delivered from Toys R Us. After a fiasco of not turning up when they should have and absolute abysmal customer service finally cancelled the order, even that was a nightmare. Maybe a one off bad experience but buyer beware!

It's always this price so nothing to get too excited about buying saying that there isn't anything else I could find in this price range.

Seems like a good price. The poor reviews are generally complaining the roof leaks without felt (no kidding guys!).
If you buy, suggest painting before assembling.
Very tempted for my kid...

hot, seems like a good investment, stick it in London somewhere, and charge £900 per calendar month in rent.

We have this, its good but you do need to treat it with outdoor paint etc which adds to the cost plus took about 4 days to paint!

Yep we had to paint and add felt to roof, still standing after a couple of years though decent enough...
