If this is true, then you should state the KB number. I can tell you that KB3115475 does not solve the problem. Right now it looks as if Quidco is sending emails with dubious code embedded in them.

Just checked and it is showing as £0.88 purchase and £0.09 cash-back, not sure if the £5 bonus will appear it has tracked but still can be declined had this happen many times , estimated 5th of August...
Got one bonus £17 from November last year and it has been declined many months after tracking successfully, opened a case and till this day has not been resolved.

That is due to a recent Outlook security update. Simply go to your Outlook settings and make sure that you have the most recent version of outlook and that should fix the crash issue.

same as only got 2 out of 3 of the bonus £10 from nov, all cashback speeds are much slower than any other site what takes 1 month at tcb or 2 months at imutual takes 6 months or more at quidco, than you have to chase missing bonuses up after that adding more time, or they just hope you will forgot about them
tho the game of cashback has always been a delayed one and every one knows that going in that it will take 1-3 months to get paid for it, it should not take 9 -12 months and have to email and remind customer support of offers they made to get them 50% of the time
tho like most i did an order any ways (as only £5 and freepost)
tho as i'm a new customer so its a hoodie for £4.5 after the 10% for new users track, and -50p if the bonus tracks / adds like it should, if not its up to how much i value my time if worth bugging them to get it, tho how quidco do bonuses and dont do them without being bugged it to sticking to they side of it really lets them down, so for anything beyond bonuses / snap and click anymore i go thu TCB or imutual even if quidco have the better base rate since what does it matter can match that at tcb easy *and with less use of support than is needed to get quidco to honour they bonuses even they base rates at times*, if enough people refused to use quidco but for anything but bonuses / click and snap *once in awhile things rather than everyday cashback* how they run things would soon change from lost of profits but people dont, and wont
--
like all they other bonuses is should uplift after it confirms (months and months down the line normal for cashback tho), what i find amusing tho is that some how the discount code changes the subtotal to £1.05 , and gets reported ex vat as 88p,
witch as normal for quidco is that they will only pay bonuses on the reported amount being over the req amount (£5 in this case), but time will tell i guess, best thought out loop hole to date if you ask me tho, having the promo code take off of the subtotal and not the total after shipping, to lower the reported amount

Section 3&4 of T&C:
Participation is by eligible account holders making a cashback qualifying purchase and opting in via email link or link on homepage, http://www.quidco.com/incentives/five-bonus. A qualifying purchase requires the customer to opt in and make a cashback earning purchase through the Quidco site before 23:59 on 22 May 2017.
Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco and will not be entitled to receive the £5 bonus.
I've just checked my emails and one email account has been sent the "May madness...." email whilst the other one attatched to another Quidco account hasn't.
I'd double check before ordering with respect to the above T&Cs given by Quidco as they could use it as an excuse to decline saying that you have not been sent the qualifying email!!

Yeah, works is odd way.
£3.95 delivery code QUIDCOFREEPOST, discounts the price of the item to £1.05. So with £3.95 delivery added total cost is £5.
Quidco doesn't track delivery cost, it tracks item price before VAT. So item price £1.05 before VAT is £0.88. With 10% cashback it is £0.09
£5 Cashback offer will track after purchase gets confirmed.

Apparently my order from "Everything £5" cost £0.88p so only get £0.09 cashback?
I thought it was cheap enough that it was worth ordering just for the free delivery not relying on Quidco paying out. I see any bonus from Quidco is just that, it is a bonus. Will try chasing them at some point though!
