£84 total after cashback sim only 12 month contract 12gb Data 600 mins Unlimited txts 4g feel at home
cashback on month 4,6,8,10,12
like the other deals popping up but better cashback of £96 if you want to put the effort in over the £45 auto cashback offer. My link appears to be not working correctly could a mod update this ?
Edit: this deal has changed and now only includes £60 cashback so works out at £10 a month.

If you use the Three app any calls made over wifi will come out of your allowance, just like wifi calls made on a handset with WifiCalling.

For those who are questioning the new EU caps. Three are putting a 7.5GB cap in place

You can make calls via WiFi. Just download a three app.

To add to this, I received a letter from Three saying that from the 15th June they are adding more countries to make it 60. There was no mention of changes to the roaming charges and considering they have to give 30 days notice, I don't think they are going to make any changes

Agreed. Three were the first network to include tethering at no cost (surely the customer should decide the way & how fast he/she uses the monthly allowance?) That was the decider for me & I've found no reason to leave since then (5 years or more.)

coverage for three indoors is deteriorating, but outdoors it is great!

Exactly, tethering is a deal breaker for a lot of people.

12 May 17#16
pardon my ignorance, but is 3 now not really that special? I mean if you have good coverage great, but with the EU scrappage of roaming fees, the 'feel at home' doesn't have the same shine.
it's a good deal, I'm just questioning the purpose of the advanced plans.

Feel ay home would still be of use to some as it includes countries outside the EU, such as the USA.

You might want to consider that people travel somewhere else than the EU. Brilliant for me traveling a lot to the U.S.

The same site is offering unlimited calls, unlimited Texts but only 4Gb of data for £5 a month after cashback. This is a 3 essential plan, so there's no tethering and no feel-at-home, but if you're holidaying in the EU from 15 June that probably doesn't matter. Worth noting you may only get about 2.3GB of roaming EU data, though - see here

But the advanced plan also has tethering which can be a god send ! 3 being the first to do this makes them stand out still for me ! Ok so the new roaming fees does take the shine off but it was probably 3 doing feel at home that made the scrappage come around faster. All imo

three were good. there was an outage in London 4 weeks ago. since then myself and a few others have had the worst data. finally they acknowledged that the problem cannot be fixed any time soon and have offered to cancel my contract to go elsewhere and compensate me for last month.

Interesting that, same thing happened with me in the north east with o2 yet they held me to the reminder on my contract. The icing on the cake was that the ombudsman sided with o2 despite admitting a network problem.
We all have bad experiences with providers. Three have terrible customer service but for less than £10 a month, I can live with it.

I second that. I've been on Three for many many years. Direct comparison with signal for other Networks used by friends, family & workmates has revealed that Three signal is in fact better & rarely poorer than the others.

Three mugged me off for my cashback and refused it for no reason and my refer a friend didn't track as well so they also screwed us on our amazon vouchers. Will be sodding off else where out of principle once my contracts up in a few months

Have to say that similar thing happened to me and noted that cashback getting declined comes up in most Three threads. It's usually after 100 days and was waiting to see as I've just passed that timing; no surprises that mine has just been declined. Obviously, submitted the relevant info to TCB for the claim being incorrectly declined, but not holding out much hope of getting it......

only can give a try they offer everyone something different usually, when I left three last time they couldn't match the offer EE was gonna give me, always pays to swap networks.

I was on three for years till a deal came up for EE and I swapped. They have been slightly better than 3. But money talks so time for me to move back to 3, as no way EE will match this.

My experience with three has been fantastic. Unlimited everything + 30gb PH. £23 12 month sim. Happy with the deal. Coverage n 4g speed happy with that. Had an issue when a single text scam cost me £5(I didnt subscribe) , three refunded via DD. Happy with the service.
