My local cherry tree is about to get pruned. Honestly the amount of free fruit I get from that tree is worth spending ~£13 on this thing.the 2.7 metre telescopic thing. Plus all the best fruit tends to be high up, not that I'll be damaging the tree by getting to it but a very careful snip here and there will get me access to it.
Yep. The anvil one is pretty sturdy. I've had it a few years and use it regularly, cutting back thick leylandii branches. Just remember not to leave it outside over the winter, or the extendable handles will rust up and get stuck - don't ask how I know :neutral_face:
