Maybe it's because I ordered mine towards the end of the promotion but no one is returning my emails or calls, so I have no idea how bad the backlog is
Our holiday is later this month, so I really hope the suitcases arrive before we fly out but as it stands, I'm really not impressed with the customer service

Same here and we are flying on Saturday. 3 emails with no response and multiple calls which they never pick up! Ordered on 2/6 so in theory they should be here on time.

Mine hasn't even been dispatched, despite ordering nearly a week ago.

BIGSALE50 seems to have expired to force you to buy 2 and so they lose sales. I'm out!

Thanks for the code - it gets the price down to a normal sale price (just one pound more than i paid last time) - 20 pounds for the IT range of carry out....
Don't think i will get the bigger cases yet... i think it's worth paying for quality...

BAGSBOGOF working fine. Many thanks OP. The IT Worlds lightest are great for maximising your carry-on baggage. Light, tough and well designed, the wide handle really makes the most of the internal space. Bargain at £20, so much better than the typical petrol forecourt fare.

I always use a medium suitcase and that's for 20kg as well although mine is hardly 15kg most times as it's just shorts vests flip flops etc. Then the missus uses the left over space for gifts etc. She has a large suitcase tho for straighteners hair dryer etc. So medium should be fine if yoyr a man

Thanks for the heads up. Got a few bits from there as got a rucksack from one of their shops last week, and seem to be good quality.

Anyone recommend either medium or large to carry 20kg in? Roughly, I know there's no science to it, i'm off to Florida for a couple of weeks soon.

I'd recommend a large one. I've just came back with my other half and we both had large suitcases filled to the brim with gifts so glad we had the larger suitcases.

Well any medium / large size suitcase from well known brands will do the job. Search Samsonite, Antler, Delsey .... Even lower standard such as from American tourister, Tripp could do the job. Do not buy cheap, unbranded suitcases high chance it will break when you lift it or drag it for quite a reasonable long distance.

I've used them before and got 4 lovely leather hand bags as presents (one to myself) and I couldn't fault them. Bags were delivered in a reasonable time and packed well.
Would I buy from them again, most definitely yes. Currently looking at another couple, one for me and one for the present stash (Secret Santa is £10 budget and there is a lovely black leather bag I already have in red which would foot the bill, making it look like I've spent a lot more than I did).

Cabins bags should be fine as you handle them. Checked in luggage are useless and no warranty! Mine ripped on the first use.
