Stopped using ProEnamel 6 months ago and never looked back since, My teeth are so much stronger and whiter using
Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant 75ml Toothpaste. Trust me try this for a few months and see and feel the difference. My teeth feel so shiny and smooth just like I feel after visting the hygienist at the dentist.
Can be bought for £1.89 at superdrug when on special offer which is often there. You will thank me later.
I so really want to believe that a commercial toothpaste can actively regenerate the lost enamel, but I'd like to see if this claim is backed up by hard science, medical studies, etc.
The dentist might be a genius in fixing your teeth but they are predictably bad at prevention.
But if there is any evidence, please post it. I wish so much enamel erosion could be reversed.

Waste of money! Chew a sugar free gum after your meal. Floss. Brush your teeth with bicarbonate of soda. Leave the bicarbonate in your mouth for 10-20 seconds before rinsing. Bicarbonate washes better and is less abrasive than commercial toothpaste. And it is alkaline!

It's not so much to keep your teeth clean. People who have a receding gum line constantly have their nerves exposed. This Sensodyne creates a film over the area which leaves it protected. Not my words- my dentists.
Also, I know it works having used it for a year.
But yeah, bicarbonate of soda I would use if it weren't for the exposed nerves.
