Picked these up on Amazon two years ago for £5 .. Wasn't too impressed even at that price. Gave them away after a week or two.

They are normally on sale for about 30-40 quid so I expected them to sound alright...but if you'd read any of the thread you'd have known that.

Me too. Bought them for £5 last time. Sound quality is ok. But what im really impressed is, the wire has been rolled under a chair like 10 times, and still survived. Impressive quality.

The Amazon £5 ones were the HD219s with the remote. This one hasn't got the remote.

For cheap headphones these are decent - certainly an upgrade on those noise churning in-ear tinny ubiquitous iphone headphones, which appear to be noisier to bystander than those wearing them.
