Both Black and Ivory (white) colours available. Price seems to be at RRP everywhere, £229, but this voucher takes it to £179. I've not used the Samsung range but gets good reviews.
Thanks OP. Ordered two and the £100 discount was automatically deducted. I was thinking that the £50 off was per order, but it is in actual fact per speaker.
I have already got 4 Samsung R1s and was thinking about getting another two a few days ago, so this post couldn't have come a better time.
I did get the R1s pretty cheap at the time @ around £96 each for the first pair and £72 each for the second pair, but these R3s seem a bargain at this price.
Plus I got approx £11.00 cash back per order.
Ended up getting 4 R1s for less than the price I paid for two of these R3s (plus I got a years worth of Deezer = £120ish).
The strange thing was at the time that I submitted it as a deal on HUKD and it got rejected twice.:disappointed:

Thanks OP, ordered 2. Does anyone who owns these speakers have an opinion on how good they are for the money versus similar priced products?
(comprehensive reviews on youtube are a bit limited for this product it seems)
Looking to use them as surround sound speakers in a bedroom for a TV

Will 30L bags be okay for these?

When connecting these to a Samsung TV, does the TV decode the audio from, for example, a PS4 or from netflix. and output to these as true surround sound?

As mentioned earlier, I do have four of the smaller Samsung R1 (WAM1500) and I think they are great. However I can't compare them to anything else like SONOS as these are my first network/multiroom speakers.
In fact, I did try some of the Pure Jongo speakers briefly, but the software was too clunky for my liking.
The thing I like about the Samsung speakers is that they are great for organizing zones via the app, where you could have several speakers in one 'group' playing one track and several separate speakers in another 'group' playing another track, so ideal for a house parties for instance where different musical tastes could be catered for on different levels of the building. Alternatively, you could have just one 'group' where the same track is played on all speakers, which I personally like when moving around the house and the music is uninterrupted. You could also have a separate track on each speaker if that does it for you.
These can also be used as surround speakers with a compatible TV, soundbar etc.
The Samsung app is quite user friendly and there is loads of streaming options, such as Deezer, TuneIn, Qobuz, Napster, Juke, Spotify, 7Digital, Murfie, Tidal and you can also add a NAS and also Plex.
Personally I've not used many of the above services apart from Deezer, which I've used extensively since getting 6-month trial codes with the R1s when I purchased them. However, I don't think you can stack multiple Deezer trial codes on the same account.:disappointed:

I have 4 of the R1s (two of which are in a surround setup) throughout the house, they are fantastic. I posted a deal a while back and picked them up from Curry's.
I've no doubt the R3s are just as user friendly and I expect put out an ever better sound. Voted hot.

The only downside I find with the R1s is the fact they've got a trailing PSU (like a laptop power supply) as opposed to a PSU integrated into the speaker itself. The larger speakers like the R5/R6 as well as the R3 (AFAICT) have a C7/Fig8 plug which means a little less clutter.

Well, mine have arrived already!
Placed the order @ 12:24 yesterday and they were delivered less than 24 hours later despite opting for free delivery and not next day delivery @ £9.99.
Both mine have the Deezer promo sticker on the outside of the box, but only one had the Deezer code card inside. On closer inspection, the one with the missing card has been resealed..

After syncing the R3 to my Samsung Multiroom app and despite having all 4 R1 speakers connecting to my Deezer account, I was struggling to get the R3 to stream music from the same account.
After a bit of head scratching and a few expletives, I remembered having a similar issue when I first got my R1s.
You need to go into the Samsung Multiroom app on your phone/tablet and do the following:
1. Click on 'Settings' (gear icon).
2. Scroll down to the 'Device Settings' section.
3. Click on 'Speaker Software Update'.
4. Tap the switch for any speakers that need to be updated.
5. Tap 'Update' at the top of the screen.
All my speakers are now updated to the latest version, which is v3112.5 / 180R

I can never decide what I prefer with this.
Internal AC/DC is cleaner, but external makes it easier to replace when it dies.
Opening post
Use vouchercode C2BK50 to save £50
You may also be able to claim a 9 month Deezer trial when buying two or more selected multiroom products:
