mostly sub £80 phones reduced to £40. guy in front of me bought 17 phones. can't believe they don't restrict number of purchases!

They do, should be 2 per customer. That tends to be the 'rule' everywhere.
Notmally to to protect profits of non-registered sims but possibly as a crime restriction. Stop a gang buying burners in bulk.
