Please note; this is a passive subwoofer and therefore requires powering by a suitable output from your amplifier. A standard RCA subwoofer output will not power this subwoofer. Active (powered) speaker output(s) are required.

Review says it's got a paper cone. Was hoping for graphene and palladium composite at this price.

Still waiting for the Southampton branch to call me back on getting it in for me as they had none at the time (237 odd in warehouse he said).. expectation was Thursday. Guess for a fiver not spent I can't complain... still, not a good impression of a company so highly rated here for a first time buyer from them. Would have gone and bought 3 had they in stock, but opted for one on them getting it in.

Hi there,
I was obviously most concerned to read you’ve not had a call back from our Southampton branch and offer my sincere apologies.
So that I may resolve this for you as soon as possible could you drop me a PM with your details?
In the meantime, my apologies once again, and I very much look forward to hearing from you.
I thought about buying one once. Decided not to. It's still in the box. True story.

I got one of these last year (same price) to go under the tall units in the kitchen.
Got satellite speakers up top and all powered by a cheap Chinese amp (with sub out) from Amazon.
It's not amazing, but works well and I have the sound from the tv through it.
Didn't expect much for a fiver, but it's pretty good.

I bought one of these for my man cave. Bloody good for a fiver. I didnt expect bone shaking bass and didnt need it either. Got two kids asleep directly above so this was perfect for my needs - and one less thing to plug in to the wall too!

can wire it up to another amp ( if you have an old stereo one kicking around, or a cheap car amp from eBay and a 12v 2 to 4 a PSU to power it, plenty around for CCTV applications.
