Not sure if national or store specific, but thought it worth posting as a "heads up" to check locally as it's £3 a pack normally, so hopefully helpful to some even if seen as a wild goose chase by others

Same in belper (Derbyshire) - unfortunately could only take two boxes! Might be nationwide

normal price for paracetamol, cheap for this brand but it's a rip off to begin with.......it's all the same......

It's Superdrugs, as they also have dispensaries in some stores, they will follow the guidelines of only 2 packs per purchase.

Branded medicines like this contain exactly the same active ingredients as generic alternatives. Which means that the generics are just as effective.
Generic paracetemol costs about 18-20p for a 16 pack from almost any supermarket* or pharmacy. This deal is hugely overpriced product reduced to a reasonable price for what it actually contains.
* maybe not Tesco Metro/Sainsbury Local/etc. These often only stock more expensive branded products.
