Good price ....although nothing from the shops seemed to work on my face for spots and trust me I spent hundreds on products .....then I gave up ...it wasn't till I wanted to drop a dress size and started dieting and drinking 2 litres of bottled water a day that my spot almost in a week stopped coming and have stuck to drinking 2 litres a day for nearly a year and half now and have been spot free :smile: ....waters the answer to the spots problem although the running to the toilet every 5 mins is annoying it only lasts for a week or so then your body gets used to it :laughing:

Depends on the person I guess... I drink plenty of water but mine are caused by stress... heat added neutrogena stuff is great :smiley:
