I picked up 4 of these sets when they first went on the site for the price of £10! That RRP is mad.

Tried twice with Paypal and the order screen timed out both times after taking payment. Finally managed to order with card payment, need to sort out a Paypal refund for the other two now.

Absolute rubbish 5 times each time issued a refund.

I managed to get the price down to £8.20 by doing what bargainhunterxo said and also adding a wecome promo code which knocked it down from £8.95 to £8.20. Checked out and it showed an error message and said that my card had been refunded. There is a confirmation order email in my spam box though which shows as order being processed but the money has been refunded to my bank.....

order cancelled immediately, have to wait up to a week for a refund via Paypal wtf is that about?

Placed my order Monday night, payment taken then email received to say payment will be refunded. Nothing has left my account as yet but my order has just arrived!

infact the 2 other orders on says acknowledged and the other says shipped.. the shipped one was paypal and it went out and has a refund pending for it! yikes!! no payment out for the one which has arrived today YET!

Yep-same here! 2 sets of polishes and lets not forget the free gift that came with it, yet I was refunded twice according to them! Well one set for me the other for my daughter,lol!

For those of you like myself who received parcels, even though the payment was unsuccessful... Did you order on your phone or on a PC/Laptop? I ordered on my phone but my friend ordered through her laptop and her payment went through. Thinking it was maybe some form of glitch with their mobile site?
