I don't think you can... IIRC it's a max of 20,000mah for carry on luggage. Not sure how they prove it if it's not specified on the casing though.

Most devices only charge at 1A, unless you mean tablets and a fairly small range of high-end Android phones; which isn't really most devices... :smiley:

My phone charges on both but charging on 1A will literally take a full day whilst charging on 2.4A is ridiculously fast.

Personally I doubt that the cells, in what is a cheap unbranded power bank, hold anywhere near the charge that is stated.
On YouTube search for bigclivedotcom to see what cheap s**t is being sold with ludicrous alleged capacities.
