i have a feeling they will officially announce the new project scorpio console with info etc at e3 in june so prices are coming down maybe due to that im guessing. Microsoft are pushing hard to win the console war and want to be on top.

MS are still way behind in the console war so have to do what they can to increase their stake, whereas Sony are not having any problem shifting PS4's. When they do and sales start to drop (inevitable through saturation if nothing else), they will do the same, basic business concept :smiley:

Scorpio will be at a different price segment and will be more expensive than the PS4 Pro so this will still be sold beside it for the majority of players.

Picked this up myself start of the week, ordered into store though I had it price matched to Smyths Toys where it was going at £199.99 - except the standard JL 3 year warranty (2 yrs on controller) was an important factor to me with it being a console
