Men's health lab multi-fit 60 capsules from Poundland Whitehaven. £6 plus from Amazon. If multivitamins are your thing then these must be a good deal. I've no views on the advantages of multivitamins.

I bought a few boxes from last deals, there is also mental focus, cardio focused packets. I noticed the ingredients weren't as many or nowhere near as high strength as the own brand asda vitamins. The mental focus capsules are huge. maybe the lower doses are better for the average person who eat healthy?

As a GP I quite often see people who are feeling a bit run down and turn out to have low levels of iron, folate, b12, vitamin D. If you don't have much variety in your diet, it's easy to miss out on something. May be worth a try.

Happy with them so far? Why? What happened? What effect did they have?

These definitely aren't snake oil. I am buff as, can lift considerably more than you and ran a marathon in just over 2 hours.
Bit expensive though as have been taking a pot a day!
