I ordered mine on 16th but the order never got passed the "processing your order..." status. Today after I chased them they told me the courier lost it and that I would be refunded. Sounds like bs

If it's a resealed it should be stated as like new, if it's stated as new it has to be brand new otherwise the description is wrong and misleading.

These wont be Brand New guys... they'll be new looking and re-sealed.. You can always tell a new blu ray from a used one.

The majority of new Blu-rays I've had from musicMagpie have been new, on occasion you get a used or re-sealed copy they should refund you.
