Does anyone know when the next friends and family will be, buying wedding suits for October wedding and despite the assistant telling me it was too early to buy when the last offer was on and assuring me they would honour the 20% discount, today they have denied all knowledge and said it would be full price....

Thanks, just bought 3 luxury collection shirts for £58! The 20% discount seems to come off before the additional £45 discount for buying 3 and then I got another £5 as well, seemingly because I added them to my basket when I had a voucher for £5 off formal shirts (but now expired)!

This is a Sparks event so if you have had your Sparks card a little while this will be available as a bonus offer. Recent Sparks sign ups will not receive the offer. Not all areas of the UK are taking part on this weekend and will have their own events on subsequent weekends.

The level of promotions have been greatly reduced since the new CEO started in his position. M&S will now only have 4 sales a year. They no longer have 'cyber' days which used to happen every couple months.

As an employee you get the 10% off with this offer and 20% staff discount or you did in Jan which was when DD left them.

perfectly timed for me as I've just had £40 come through quidco as cashback on m&s gift card plus my bank switching gift card to use up also yay!!

Also a reminder to keep tags and receipts for a week or two. Traditionally M&S sale always follows the friends and family discount week, been caught out a few times myself.

Anyone can use them, I believe. Last time this was on, I got given a voucher by a kind lady in front of me in the queue for the checkout!
