I've been looking at this unit for a few days and went to buy it this morning and it was even cheaper. Reduced from £99.99 to £44.99. I can't even find a used one on eBay any cheaper. Also comes with 6 months warranty. I added an additional 6 months for £5.95 as I use it weekly.
Not to be mistaken with the Karcher K2 Compact which is a different and cheaper model.

Brand new from Tesco £69.99 with 12 months warranty.Link Here
With the compact version you can't vary the flow of water from the lance so to speak. I wanted the full control version as I use it on my car and want to vary the power of the jet. It also has a small hose so you can run detergent through the machine with it too.
10+ back in stock now if you want one. How can this deal be activated again rather than expired?

Dont worry if you missed it.
the outlet refresh their stock all the time so you will get the same sort of deal again in a few days/week or so.
Been looking for a while and prices are fairly consistent.

Is Nilfisk better? Something about the construction of the pump?

Read a fair few reviews and haven't found anything to support that yet. Same power as far as I can see but the Karcher is a bit more efficient and uses less water

Is this highly recommended for patio cleaning? What's the main difference between this and the standard k2 sold everywhere?

What is the difference between the different models and variants?
Is there a comparison chart?

Basically this one is a slightly bigger unit and has a fully adjustable nozzle to alter the jet rather than the compact version which is fixed. I find that feature useful so I can alter the jet depending if I'm using it in the garden or just for cleaning my car.
Also there's still stock available so please stop expiring the deal whoever you are....

Bear in mind that the K2s are air cooled motors so if you are doing something like a patio or decking, best not to have it in constant use for too long.
I can just about get by as I only live in a terrace but for larger areas or a double driveway or something, would definitely recommend a K4.
Still though, these are still plenty powerful for the job and are much smaller and lighter so definitely have positives too and can't really knock it for £50!!

I am a bit concerned the pressure on the K2 may not be good enough to clean the driveway or patio.
Are you able to comment please?
Also, which exact model / variant do you own please?
I was thinking of getting the k4, but that is 3 or 4 times the price of this (albeit brand new rather than refurbished)
Thanks.

Im not sure how they compare to be honest. This K2 is 110 bar pressure and the K4 is 130. Any video reviews of the K2 online to see it in action? I can do one if not

The K2 will definitely get the job done. i've just done my decking and patio slabs with an even older K2 than these only rated at 100 bar that has a slight leak so not running optimum and it still did the job and got it all a hell of a lot cleaner.
The extra pressure will help for really stubborn slabs but a K2 will still get them a hell of a lot cleaner than what they are now. Just need to remember they are air cooled though so prolonged use won't be great for them but as long as you give it a break every now and again, they will give you pleasing results.
Personally, I'd get one that comes with the Vario lance as that seems to be a lot more expensive on its own compared to the patio cleaner or the dirtblaster.
Well worth the £50 or whatever these are and if space for storage is a concern for you, that is a big benefit on the K2s.
