Looks like a very good deal for an auto which is rare.
8000 miles a year, 24 months £250 deposit, £195 a month.
I calculate that to be £4735 excluding any fees they may charge
As with any car it will divide opinions but I think this is a decent car.

Is the car yours to keep at the end of the 24 month period, like a mobile phone contract?

For clarity, this is a leasing contract. When you lease, you don't own squat.

This seems a good deal... Any opinions on this? Is it a focus sized car? a 1.5 seems little modest... Currently got a 2l Mondeo, but this is tempting to change...

Comparable to a Mercedes A180 I believe..

Closer to the GLA I believe, although this isn't the QX version that gets the macho body cladding.
The Engine is the 1.5 diesel that's ubiquitous throughout the Renault-Nissan range and used in Mercedes' small cars. It's not the newest of engines but pretty good. We had this engine a few years ago in a bigger Grand Scenic and it was fine.
The DCT auto gearbox software wasn't perfect and it'd occasionally change at the wrong time causing high revs but I don't know is the Q30 is using the same gearbox, let alone whether it's been refined. I believe Ford's powershift had similar quirks if your Mondeo is an auto.
and GLA / CLA also based on similar platform as A class I understand. They know how to get their money's worth.

This is a good price. Shame its not available at this price on PCP. It's dramatically higher direct from Infiniti!

Well, after all this time I finally have a delivery date of Friday next week. The ordering process has been a real pain. Anyone else received their car yet and if so, what are your thoughts?

did anyone get the car... any reviews?
also how much is excess mileage and is there a limit for excess miles?
I have just got mine today,so haven't had the chance to drive it yet.I didn't get the Car Manual or the Service Booklet. The driver said INFINITI will post it to me and there were no car mats though some people did get them.
Excess mileage is 8p/mile for the first 5000 miles if memory serves me right.

I got mine last Friday and like you, mine didn't have the owner manual/service book or mats. I have contacted Motordepot about this and am awaiting a response. Others had car mats in their vehicles so it needs sorting. Other than that I think the car is excellent for the money

It'll probably have less torque than your current Mondeo and if you're the sort that likes powerful engines it may not be for you, there are some technical details here (it's the 81KW version): http://www.powertrain.renault.com/application/storage/upload/filemanager/brochure/brochure_engine_new/Brochure_1500_dCi_c_2014.pdf
