Hello, on the same day as the rest of these shambles, this one http://www.argos.co.uk/product/4557865 was available at £119. It came up in the "browsing results" but couldn't go through to the product page itself to order, it was erroring out. So I ordered on the phone. 1 day later, I got a cancellation SMS and email. 1 week later, I got another email asking me to call them. I did, it was to arrange delivery, they delivered it today. Never underestimate incompetence

I have a Beko with water dispenser and it's fine. As long as you wash the water holder out now and again the ice cool water will not be teeming with germs if you dont fill your fridge with raw meats/fish etc.
Just a pity it is incompatible with fizzy drinks with a warning in the T + C's! Lol

Argos cancelled my Indesit LR8S1SAQ order quoting Incorrect Pricing. :disappointed: They are using some amazing marketing gimmick.

My order was also cancelled, tried having a look on to buy another fridge but it's riddled with loads of misprices like £120 for a supposedly£1200 American style one.
Leaves me stuck now though, refund hasn't come back into my account and I need a fridge freezer this weekend.

Damn that annoying! Just got mine cancelled too. Something doesn't seem right as they had the "less than half price" next to the price too. But anyway, there isn't much I can do now.

Oh well, doesn't seem to matter now anyway but I had settled on the Beko if they were available. Funny how Argos have had so many misprices at the same time, on white goods, and the prices weren't obvious like all dropped to the same value or to like £10 or something silly. A cynical person might say it was intentional.

Just had my order cancelled and refund to my card - apparently the website has been full of glitches today and they are not fulfilling orders :disappointed:

I am still debating but probably the Beko, have found this: http://www.appliancespares-direct.co.uk/fridge-freezer-questions which explains the differences between frost labels, the frost free seems a little better but the Beko also has auto-defrost on the fridge which the Indesit doesn't state.

I picked the Beko as I wanted no frost. Low-frost suggests it still needs to be defrosted..

I was in the same boat, but plumped for the Beko as it's not quite as deep (want to minimise how far it sticks out past our 60cm deep kitchen cabinets).
Actually ordered the Samsung on Argos this morning that is down to £299 from £699. Thought it was a great deal but then realised it was 71cm dee so had to cancel the order

trying to decide between Indesit and beko too.do u mind updating which one u go for in the end, might just help in making a decision as not sure abt low frost either and need one for kitchen just like you

26 May 17#16
Fair enough if that is more ideal for you anyway, the freezer guard feature isn't something I would need as it is going in my kitchen. I may go for the Indesit then, have to have a read about their low frost I think.
nige182
26 May 17#12
Hmmm, the Indesit is larger and more storage and has longer power failure safe storage but the Beko is 'frost free', but then how low frost is the Indesit 'low frost'. Is there going to be a huge difference between the anti-frost technologies in these really?
nakis76 to nige182
26 May 17#15
The only reason I went of the BEKO is that it can be used in the garage (BEKO are the only brand that have this feature called Freezer Guard). No idea what the difference between no-frost and low-frost would be, so cant help with this - sorry.

Yes the ones with the water dispenser are normally more expensive. I for one dont plan to use this feature for health (bacteria) but also functional (leaks, etc) issues.

Water sitting in the door allay is not fresh gets full of bacteria

These are cheaper than fridges with no water dispenser so it's still a hot deal even if you don't use the water dispenser
