Wow, great price. The seasons go for between £8 and £20 each on eBay, and that's second hand.

Yes its an amazing deal, I have also noticed that his deal arrives around the same time NowTV allows the re-streaming of all seasons of Game of Thrones and at the same time discussion of Game of Thrones Season 7 take place online.
I am positive this deal will be time limited, but I think more stores and online stores will soon follow suit on this boxset, yet I doubt the boxset Season 1-6 will decrease in the UK for some time and even though NowTV is re-hosting the series, the quality if far from blu-ray quality and ALL NowTV Content is stripped of surround sound. Yes NowTV is fantastic but why on earth they have stripped all surround sound content is beyond me, considering both Amazon & Netflix have surround sound, trim down on costs I presume.
Still I think HMV are tempting customers to buy physical products with such amazing deals in-store due to NowTV and streaming services become ever more popular, personally speaking though you CANNOT BEAT the quality of the physical products and if you want the BEST viewing & listening experience buy the physical products.

£3.00 to become a Pure HMV member. Whilst I do think this is a good deal, others will surely price match soon. https://purehmv.com/gb

£3 is worth it though I personally think, even if its just to enter the fantastic competitions and despite what people do think about competitions, people do WIN big prizes, plus you get points for every purchase and you can receive merchandise as signed books, records, CDs, VIP experiences etc if you have enough points. I think the PureHMV website is great, I'm glad I signed up

Fantastic competitions?
Do you work for hmv? what with that and buy physical products etc.
I mention it because I have had the hmv since it came out and it was free and I think it is useless.
The points dissappear if you don't waste them on completions you have little chance of winning.
Good price for this got blu ray but, less sugar coating of a card that until this and the recent breaking bad dvd for £14.99, was rubbish.

NO I don't work for HMV, but I am a customer who will be sad to see the stores disappear from the high street, we almost lost them some years ago, some may argue we don't need them, but many of us still enjoy a good browse round HMV and similar stores, YES I am a fan of physical based media, WHY? because despite what many people argue you CANNOT stream the quality of a TRUE blu-ray disc or 4K disc online, many people will argue this fact but here are the FACTS... an AVERAGE FULL HD film on lets say Amazon or Netflix will be at around a maximum 5GB of data, the same film on a blu-ray excluding special features will be around 50GB... massive difference plus you get full surround sound benefits such as DTS & MASTER-AUDIO... an average size of a streamed 4K film will be around 20GB max, the disc version would be a whopping 100GB+ again a huge difference.
The TRUTH is you cannot beat the quality of physical media, even EXPERTS highlight this.
As for PureHMV, £3 is not a lot of money, you call them competitions that people have little chance of winning, I assure you people do WIN such competitions.
OK I have not won anything via PureHMV yet though LOL, still if you not in it, you cant win it LOL

I didn't disagree about items being superior and i just like owning phyiscal items regardless but, and I like physical stores too but, I don't want to be ripped off.
Fact is hmv was saved by venture capitalists who got great prices and free goods, as well as historic debt being written off, from the big entertainment companies who were desperate to keep a physical high street presence.
But, the facts are they are essentially a massive rip off.
Often I've bought a blu ray in poundland for, you've guessed it, a pound and then seen it for £9 in hmv (part of the 5 for £30).
I've bought 50 blu rays from poundland which would cost me £300 in hmv.
I like walking around hmv but, I then buy from a supermarket or online because hmv prices are ridiculous in the main.
The purecard has been around a while and I discarded it from my wallet ages ago until I saw the breaking bad deal a few weeks ago.

Almost all poundland discs are refurbished lol. Good luck finding any with the UV codes still in date/still there too
at least you know you're buying NEW from hmv, despite the downfalls they may have!

I never buy poundland's pre owned dvds and only buy the blu rays that do not have the pre owned labels, which they have have to legally put on products that have been preowned.
I have asked staff at poundland this at poundland this on many occasions and compared the packaging of the same blu rays in hmv.
Every blu ray with a uv code I have bought, even ones with expired dates on them, worked.

Sour grapes still in abundance in Brexitland. HMV do allow £5-10 vouchers off store prices with £30+ spend. This is the only reason I joined purehmv. For £3 I find it good value. Instore exclusives are an added plus.
